Yesterday,a homeowner in Johannesburg contacted us on the recommendation of a past client. His house is still under construction, and some interior walls are yet to be removed-which makes this the best possible moment to plan the kitchen.
Why we start at the construction stage
Most kitchen problems are not cabinet problems. They are layout problems found too late: a sink where the drain cannot reach, a hob position that conflicts with the electrical plan, a tall unit that meets a beam nobody measured.
Starting now means:
The cabinet layout is tested against the real space before demolition is finished
Plumbing and electrical points are confirmed while they can still be moved
A cost estimate is issued early, so the kitchen budget is known before the build budget is locked
To begin, we ask for room dimensions, a rough sketch and on-site photos. From these we return a first layout proposal set against the actual space, with an indicative budget estimate. Storage needs, door style, materials and internal configuration are worked through as the site becomes clearer.
One supplier, three rooms
Kitchens, wardrobes and bathroom vanities are produced in the same facility to the same tolerances. A project can be fitted out in one order instead of three separate suppliers — one set of measurements, one production schedule and one point of contact. For builders and interior designers, that removes a common source of delay on a fit-out: suppliers waiting on each other.
Materials, hardware and lead time
Production lead time:
5–6 weeks from confirmed order and deposit
Quotation: an initial layout proposal and budget estimate within
24 hours of receiving your dimensions, sketch and site photos

Why referrals matter to us
A referral carries something a brochure cannot: a client’s own confidence, passed to a friend. It is also why we handle every inquiry the same way—measure the real space, listen to the requirements, and put a clear, itemised quotation behind every recommendation.

Designed Around the Space: A Kitchen That Balances Aesthetics, Functionality and Storage
As one of the core functional areas of a modern home, the kitchen serves multiple purposes, including cooking, storage and everyday living.
Recently, our bespoke kitchen cabinetry project for a residential client in South Africa was successfully delivered and installed.
The project was carefully planned around the client’s actual floor plan, site conditions and daily functional requirements. With space optimization, visual consistency and practical storage as the key design principles, we delivered a complete modern minimalist kitchen solution tailored to the residence.
Following the successful completion of the kitchen, the client is now in further discussions with our team regarding custom TV cabinetry and wardrobe solutions, extending the cooperation from a single kitchen project toward a broader whole-home customization project.
Modern Minimalist Design for a Balanced and Layered Interior
The kitchen adopts a contemporary minimalist design.
Light-toned cabinetry establishes a bright and open visual foundation, while dark accent cabinets introduce contrast and depth, creating a more sophisticated and layered composition.
The stone-look countertop and full-height backsplash form a continuous visual surface across the working area, enhancing spatial consistency and giving the kitchen a more refined, integrated appearance.
During the design process, careful consideration was given to the existing window positions, wall conditions, circulation routes and storage requirements, allowing the cabinetry to integrate naturally with the architecture rather than appear as standalone furniture.
The result is a clean, cohesive and refined kitchen that reflects contemporary residential design trends.
Bespoke Planning Based on the Actual Layout for Maximum Space Efficiency
The true value of bespoke cabinetry lies in its ability to respond precisely to different spatial conditions.
Every home varies in dimensions, architectural structure and lifestyle requirements. For this reason, an effective kitchen solution cannot rely solely on standardized cabinet modules, but must instead be carefully planned according to the actual site conditions.
For this project, the layout incorporates wall cabinets, base cabinets, worktops and multiple storage zones, providing everyday functionality while maximizing the use of both wall and floor space.
The U-shaped kitchen layout shortens the distance between key working zones, improves workflow efficiency and makes full use of the available space.
The integrated cabinetry system also reduces visual clutter, creating a more unified and architectural interior expression.
Post-Installation Client Feedback: A Strong Endorsement of Quality
For a bespoke cabinetry project, the true user experience begins after delivery and installation.
Following completion of the project, the client shared on-site photos and provided positive feedback on both the product quality and the final result:
“Your products are very nice and the quality is quite high. I’m quite happy with this project. It took a bit of time, but the wait was worth it.”
The client’s feedback reflects not only satisfaction with the overall appearance, but also strong recognition of the final delivered quality.
For us, this kind of post-installation feedback is one of the most meaningful endorsements of our product and service standards.
From Kitchen Cabinetry to Whole-Home Customization
A successful first project often becomes the starting point for a deeper partnership.
After the kitchen was completed, the client expressed further interest in custom TV cabinetry and wardrobes, and both parties are currently discussing the next-stage design solutions.
This marks a natural transition from a single kitchen project toward a more comprehensive whole-home cabinetry solution.
By maintaining consistency in materials, finishes, color palette and design language, different areas of the home can achieve stronger visual continuity, from the kitchen and living room to the bedroom.
Our bespoke cabinetry portfolio includes:
Kitchen Cabinets · Wardrobes · TV Cabinets · Bathroom Vanities · Laundry Cabinets · Storage Systems · Other Whole-Home Cabinetry Solutions
End-to-End Project Support from Design to Delivery
Behind every successful bespoke cabinetry project is a fully coordinated process from initial consultation to final production and delivery.
Based on specific project requirements, our team provides comprehensive support covering:
Design Consultation · Product Configuration · Material & Finish Selection · Production Coordination · Quality Inspection · Delivery Support
For international residential projects, accurate upfront planning and efficient communication are particularly important.
Supported by our custom design capabilities, manufacturing expertise and project coordination experience, we are committed to delivering cabinetry solutions that respond to both the architectural space and the client’s everyday lifestyle needs.
Project Completion Is Also the Beginning of the Next Stage
The South Africa kitchen project has now been successfully installed and put into use.
However, the cooperation does not end with the kitchen.
As discussions regarding the client’s TV cabinet and wardrobe project continue, our team will remain involved in supporting the next stage of the home customization journey.
The completion of one kitchen project is not the end of a partnership—it can be the beginning of a complete whole-home customization journey.
